Entry qualification | Bachelor diploma (or equivalent) A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance and related fields only with a major or focus in Economics. Your major/undergraduate degree must prove extensive academic skills in the core areas of Economics, Econometrics or Data Science, and Mathematics: 1. Economics (e.g. Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Industrial Organization, Public Economics, Political Economy, Environmental Economics, International Economics, Labour Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Economics) as well as academic skills in: 4. Accounting Only academic skills fulfilled by an undergraduate degree in these fields and that satisfies the above mandatory requirements will be considered.
Please note: you can participate to the selection also with the GMAT unofficial score but, in case of admission, you will be asked to upload the Official Score before the enrolment deadline. Your Curriculum Vitae, motivation letter and letters of references will also be favourably considered. Whenever necessary, the Commission may also ask candidates for an on-line interview. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. You can often get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents with you when you finally go to the university. If you are admitted to the degree course, you will have to submit other documents including original and translated/legalised copies of your previous qualifications, etc. No legalised documents are required at application stage. |

Overview
This Master’s degree provides students with a solid understanding of the fundamental tools of economic analysis that are employed by private companies, governments and non-profit organizations to thrive in the digital & green transition.
Focusing on developing technical and analytical skills, the programme offers theoretical courses and applied research-oriented teaching to conduct a rigorous study in the most innovative fields of applied economics.
Programme structure
The Master’s degree is organised into three curricula:
- Digital Economics: provides for a deep understanding of the functioning of digital markets and platforms, by combining a solid training in data analytics with advanced competencies in industrial organization, management, market mechanisms, and regulatory policies, specifically designed for the Digital Economy.
- Economic Data Analytics: provides a solid background in economics, combined with advanced skills in data management, such as machine learning, impact evaluation and forecasting.
- Environmental Economics & Green Finance: equip graduates with the conceptual tools and the practical skills required to incorporate environmental sustainability into decision-making, in order to effectively reduce environmental impacts. The Curriculum provides students with an in-depth understanding of economics and finance, together with skills relevant to sustainability measurement and reporting.
